Joe is a Professional Engineer and a Senior Vice President in WSPs Mid-Atlantic District. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and over a 35-year consulting career has supported planning, design and construction projects involving water and wastewater treatment, water supply, water conservation and water reuse. In addition to his professional career, Joe has been active with community and conservation organizations as the Board Chair of the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary and by serving on his Township’s Environmental Protection Advisory Board.
