On the East Coast, we have the largest floating soar array in the US! The 8.9 MW array covers 17 acres of the Canoe Brook reservoir in Short Hills, NJ, generating power for about 1,400 homes annually and providing 95% of the power needs for New Jersey American Water’s Canoe Brook Water Treatment Plant.

Kudos to NJR Clean Energy Ventures (CEV), the renewable energy subsidiary of New Jersey Resources (NYSE: NJR) and the team at NJ American Water – David Forcinito, Matthew Csik et al.
