Water funding falls into seven major programs: (1) Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Funds ($23.43 billion), (2) Lead Service Lines ($15 billion), (3) PFAS and Emerging Contaminants ($10 billion), (4) Indian Water Rights ($2.5 billion), (5) Indian Health Service Water and Sewer ($1.8 billion), (6) Water and Sewer Tax ($1.25 billion), (7) Rural Water ($1 billion), (8) Western Water ($7.1 billion).
