Dr. Hu Fleming – Future Flows: Next-Gen Water Solutions
A global perspective on water challenges, infrastructure funding, and innovation.
Dr. Fleming is a recognized figure in US water circles. His voice resonates globally. Over 46 years, his career has spanned technology, business, and finance. He speaks extensively about water infrastructure and how to plan and implement in challenging times.
Current Role: President and Partner at Upwell Water—a leading private equity firm in water infrastructure

Bhuvnesh Jain, PhD – AI Innovation to Address Water Sustainability and Workforce Development
How can artificial intelligence transforms water management – academic excellence meets real-world impact.
Dr. Jain is a prominent figure in physics and computational science. His expertise spans cosmology, data science, and artificial intelligence. His career unites scientific advancement with practical applications.
