At Artesian Water, Ginney oversees Operations Supply which includes all water testing, regulations, and compliance with local, state and federal guidelines for water quality in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania as well as all maintenance of plants and property. In addition to Operations, Ginney oversees Artesian’s Environmental Outreach, Community Relations and Legislative affairs. Ginney joined Artesian in 2011 and has been a Board Member of WRA DRBC since 2016.
Ginney has a Bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College and Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University. Ginney’s professional passion lies with providing customers superior water quality and educating the community to better protect our local waterways.
