Marc was a founding partner of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (Retired), an environmental and energy law firm headquartered in Bala Cynwyd, Pa. He retired in 2021 after an environmental law career that spanned more than four decades. Among other things, he handled a wide array of matters involving water quality and stormwater management in the Delaware River watershed, including the Delaware Estuary PCB TMDLs and an innovative effort to improve water quality in the Wissahickon Creek through adaptive management that is still underway. 

Marc also serves on the Board of the Academy of Natural Sciences and the Pocono Environmental Education Center. Marc has been called upon to provide leadership and strategic thinking in support of WRA’s diverse initiatives.  Marc spends his free time traveling and sharing experiences with his children and 11 grandchildren.
