Larry Finnicum, Regional President – Municipal Water – Mid Atlantic Operations – Veolia North America, Inc., has been overseeing Veolia operations in Delaware since September of 2014. Prior to taking the helm in Delaware, Larry oversaw SUEZ operations and administrative activities in Bloomsburg and Dallas, Pennsylvania. Before joining SUEZ, he served as the Regional Operations Manager for Aqua North Carolina and as National Director of Field Services for Aqua America. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Drexel University. Larry is also a Certified Water Operator in Pennsylvania. Larry lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
