John O. Hammell, P.E., PMP is a Principal and Client Service Leader for CDM Smith Inc. in the firm’s Philadelphia, PA office. His 30-year career includes many diverse environmental and water resources engineering engagements, and his experience has been equally diverse, including roles in project engineering, project management, operations and financial management, and business development. One constant in John’s career has been the backdrop of the Delaware River Basin. His personal passion for, and connection to, the river developed as a child and continues to this day.
