Jessica Hartley is the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Manager for Vicinity Energy Philadelphia and Trenton. She has worked for the company for 10 years in safety and environmental compliance, and more recently, on sustainability efforts both internally and in partnership with other environmental and community groups. Prior to working at Vicinity, Jessica worked as a Water Quality Specialist and Emergency Response Team Member for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Southeast Regional Office. Ms Hartley studied Environmental Science and Political Science at Albright College and received a master’s degree from St. Joseph’s University in Environmental Protection.
She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and two children, and enjoys hiking, canoeing, skiing, traveling (in non-COVID times), and just generally being outdoors.
