Jennifer manages the office of the Bureau of Water Supply’s Deputy Commissioner ensuring preparation for all daily activities in order to achieve the Bureau’s mission of delivering approximately 1.1 billion gallons of high quality drinking water to 9.4 million customers in New York City and upstate communities by developing open lines of communication; facilitating constructive conversations; communicating tasks to appropriate units and tracking all of the Bureau’s assigned tasks to completion; and compiling information in order to present/report consistent information.

Jennifer also serves as the Department’s technical representative/advisor to the Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) and the Federal Delaware River Master, and represents the Department’s interest with regard to diversions and releases during interstate negotiations with the 5 parties to the 1954 US. Supreme Court Decree (New Jersey vs. New York). She manages the Bureau’s Correspondence and FOIL Request Tracking Systems, and prepares and disseminates official correspondence and letters ensuring timely responses. Jennifer works closely with the Commissioner’s Office and the Bureau Strategic Planning Section to develop long term plans and goals for the Bureau and day to day operations.
