Dennis W. Palmer. P.E., P.P., presently WRA Treasurer and past Chairman for 11 years. Mr. Palmer has over 40 years of experience in the water resources field holding positions at the State, County and local levels and has been involved in over $500 million in water infrastructure projects. He is a licensed professional engineer in NJ & PA and a licensed planner in NJ. He formerly served as Executive Director & Chief Engineer for the Landis Sewerage Authority. He is a member of Water Environment Association, serving previously as NJ representative to the WEF House of Delegates, past presidents of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce and Association of Environmental Authorities in NJ.
