Mr. Pulver brings extensive experience in executive search and talent consulting as a member of Korn Ferry’s Washington, D.C. team and Senior Partner in the Global Infrastructure Real Estate and Sustainability practices.
Mr. Pulver’s client list includes public and private corporations, investment and development firms, real estate/infrastructure-focused private equity and impact investment funds, architecture, engineering, environmental, utility and construction services firms, public-private partnerships and a diverse set of organizations who provide the financing, products, services and technology that create and maintain the built and natural environment.
Mr. Pulver’s practice focuses on C-Suite and board succession in addition to a broad range of executive and officer-level placements across investment, development, decarbonization, acquisitions, operations and other functional disciplines. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Pulver was a consultant in Mercer’s Talent Consulting practice where he assisted his clients in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex human capital issues including executive and board compensation, sales force effectiveness and organizational development and design. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pulver led a team of executive search professionals focused on permanent and project placements in corporate finance and accounting.
Mr. Pulver holds an MBA from The Anderson School of Management at The University of California, Los Angeles and a BA in Psychology from The University of Maryland, College Park. Mr. Pulver is active with The Anderson School’s Los Angeles Alumni Network and previously served on the Board of Directors for the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Kids Enjoy Exercise Now (KEEN); a non-profit organization that provides non-competitive athletic events for children and young adults with physical and mental disabilities.

Adam is a longtime journalist who now works in public affairs and public policy. His focus is translating complex information into plain English, with the goal of helping more people understand how the world around them works. That comprises much of his job for the New York City water supply system, whose reservoirs and aqueducts are a marvel of modern engineering that sustains more than 9 million people.

As the Senior Director of South Operations for New Jersey American Water, Eric Hahn oversees water production, wastewater collection, and field services including over 190 industry professionals serving more than 215,000 customers in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Gloucester, and Salem counties.
Eric has 24 years of industry experience and has held various American Water roles and leadership positions during his 18-year career, beginning in the engineering department.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering and a Master of Science degree in engineering management, both from Drexel University. Eric holds T-4 Water Treatment, W-4 Water Distribution and C-3 Wastewater Collection licenses from the NJDEP. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of New Jersey.

Kimberly Long, CC-P, currently serves as a Principal Environmental Specialist – Projects at Constellation, focusing on environmental planning and permitting strategies for large capital projects. Long holds positions on multiple boards, including the Association of Climate Change Officers as a Board Member, where involvement includes overseeing credentialing programs and ethical governance, and the Pennsylvania Climate Network as an Advisory Board Member, supporting climate leadership initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Principal Consultant at ERM, Alternate Industry Representative for the Delaware River Basin Commission, and Environmental Performance Improvement Manager at Exelon, where Long developed sustainability strategies and managed environmental compliance programs. Long’s extensive academic background includes an MS in Biology/Aquatic Ecology from Bucknell University and a BS in Biology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.

Scott was appointed Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority’s Executive Director in February 2020. CCMUA’s Regional Wastewater Treatment System treats 50 million gallons of sewage discharged every day from properties in Camden County at its plant, the Delaware No. 1 Water Pollution Control Facility. Scott has committed his career to nonprofit and public service leadership. Prior to joining CCMUA, he served as the executive director of the Audubon Mutual Housing Corporation from 2006 through 2012, a nonprofit cooperative housing project in Audubon Park, where he focused on improving infrastructure and maintaining a strong financial position. In the eight years since joining CCMUA, Schreiber has served in several key positions, including as the planning administrator, grant administrator, budget officer and deputy executive director.
