The landscape is shifting and complex: thousands of PFAS “forever” chemicals resistant to conventional treatment methods funneling into drinking, wastewater, and industrial systems. Join us for a members-only lunch time program highlighting the important issues you need to know now and offering practical tips for managing PFAS risks.
Our course planner Brenda Gotanda of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (“MGKF”) has assembled an esteemed panel of distinguished leaders in the field offering top expertise and timely insights. The program will include the latest updates on key regulatory developments by MGKF Partner Bryan Franey, whose practice addresses water supply and wastewater issues and who will serve as our panel moderator.
David Blye, Principal Chemist with Environmental Standards (a Montrose Company), will cover what you need to know and understand about testing and analytics.
Larry Finnicum, Vice President at Veolia, will share his perspective and practical insights on managing the challenges faced by water and wastewater service providers.
Dan Cho, CEO and Founder of Onvector, will talk about advances in PFAS plasma treatment, and how Onvector is working to remove PFAS around the country.
Jonathan Spergel, MGKF Partner, will be available to discuss insurance relative to PFAS risk management.
This will be an in person event with lunch at the MGKF headquarters office in Bala Cynwyd, PA. This sold out last year, so if you plan to attend please register as soon as possible. Registration closes October 28th at 12 pm. This is a members only event.
